Crystal Bridges and the Momentary

As the social media manager for Crystal Bridges and the Momentary, I led platform strategy and day-to-day content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. Through intentional content planning and storytelling, I helped grow Crystal Bridges’ social following by 12.9% and the Momentary’s by 35.9%.

I developed and managed content calendars aligned with institutional goals, collaborated cross-functionally to surface strong storytelling opportunities, and created high-quality photo and video content that highlighted exhibitions, programs, and cultural moments. I also supported paid social efforts, audience targeting, and performance tracking to ensure content was both engaging and effective.

Content Creation

Content Creation

I played a key role in end-to-end content creation: filming, editing, and distributing social-first video across platforms.

Working closely with creative and digital teams, I help shape cohesive storytelling through high-quality, engaging content. I filmed using an Osmo and iPhone, and edit with tools like CapCut, InShot, iMovie, and Canva.

Below are recent examples of my work, with more available on the Crystal Bridges and Momentary social channels.

Ambassador Program

I launched and managed our in-house ambassador program, overseeing the recruitment and engagement of local influencers. I collaborated with internal teams to identify opportunities for ambassadors and lead all communication, ensuring alignment with promotional efforts and brand visibility for Crystal Bridges and the Momentary.

Social Media Marketing Campaigns

  • For the Momentary’s Supper Club dinner series, I developed a targeted social media strategy and created a staff-led reel that drove over 200 clicks, sold out all 39 tickets, and generated $3.6K+ in revenue.

  • When ticket sales for Listening Forest needed a boost, I adjusted the social media strategy by identifying and leveraging high-performing UGC. A single repost generated 71.5K views, 4K+ engagements, and 300+ clicks. Building on that insight, I created a series of similar videos spotlighting individual artworks, resulting in 50K+ views, 30K engagements, and 13K link clicks, significantly increasing interest and ticket sales.

  • I collaborated with the marketing team each year to shape FreshGrass Festival’s social media strategy, adapting our approach as goals evolve.

For 2025, I introduced new tactics around lineup announcements, local influencer engagement, and optimized boosting, driving early performance gains of 78K impressions, 2.9K engagements, and a 3.7% engagement rate in the first two months of the year.

  • For The Portal: An Art Experience by Jewel, I developed an authentic social media strategy in collaboration with marketing and development teams. By researching Jewel’s top-performing content formats, we leaned into selfie-style video storytelling. A personal opening-week invite from Jewel generated 250K+ views and 11.3K engagements across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

I partnered closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns supporting exhibitions, music festivals, and major events.

By centering each campaign around its target audience and leveraging ambassador partnerships, I created compelling narratives that increased engagement and expanded community reach.

Social Media Graphics

I supported the promotion of upcoming events at Crystal Bridges and the Momentary by creating eye-catching social media graphics. Working closely with the creative and digital teams, I ensured each visual clearly captured the essence of the event and grabbed audience attention.
