As the Brand Marketing Manager for immy health co., I led social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest to drive audience growth and brand visibility. Beyond social, I supported ad and email design, customer service and subscription management, AI-powered marketing automations, and PR coordination. I also collaborated cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns and brand storytelling tied to key launches and business goals.

Social Media Management

In this role, I led end-to-end social media management for immy, including ideating and executing content calendars, designing on-brand graphics in Canva, and editing social-first videos in CapCut.

I also researched and applied wellness and health trends, wrote captions aligned with brand voice, scheduled content, monitored performance, and optimized strategy through insights and community engagement.

This work grew immy’s total social following from 2K to 23K, increased engagements from 2K to 31K, and raised average link clicks from 3 to 150.

Email Marketing and Design

I took the lead on refreshing immy’s email marketing, redesigning key flows like post-purchase, abandoned cart, and win-back sequences to feel more clear, cohesive, and on-brand. I also created and scheduled ongoing newsletters, making sure each send aligned with launches, seasonal moments, and the overall customer journey.

Customer Service

I supported immy’s customer service operations by streamlining systems and introducing AI-powered automations to improve response time and customer experience. By setting up an AI chat assistant, building out a help center, adding a dedicated phone number, and optimizing internal workflows, I helped reduce customer service time by 47% while making support more accessible and efficient for customers.

Ad design

I helped design and support seasonal and always-on ad creative for immy across Meta, Instagram, and Amazon. From concepting visuals to refining messaging, I ensured ads stayed on-brand, timely, and optimized for performance across platforms.
